Over the last 25 years we have collected a great diversity of tropical food plants. We grow our bamboo, our own palm and our timber for construction.
We have hosted many international and local students for numerous workshops. We have tended to the land with devotion and hard work. We have become a green vibrant oasis in the desert. A Natural Reserve with over 2500 plant species, many types of birds including hummingbirds, cardinals, orioles, doves and owls...foxes, racoons and lizards.
Our retreats take place at Buena Fortuna Gardens is a Living seed and food bank.
